2. 渗漏:如血肿,血清肿,假体移位或旋转(解剖型),包膜挛缩,皱褶,变形,穿孔及钙化等都可能在术后早期或晚期发生. 穿孔(Perforation)一般由于假体有裂隙或泄漏,通常称渗漏(bleed),作为所有并发症的终点,它直接导致假体被取出.
